Term and Conditions
This is the user agreement between the user (User, you) and Lanista Partners (Lanista Partners Limited, we). Please read these terms and conditions of use (Terms and Conditions) before using the website (Site).
The Site
The Site is offered to you by Lanista Partners (Lanista Partners is the trading name of Lanista Partners Limited, a UK Limited Company).

You consent to the Terms and Conditions when you use the Site. If you disagree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you may not use the Site in any way.
Availability
The expected publication date for What Happened to the Hippy Man is 30 June 2006 and we expect to be able to despatch orders as of that date.
Privacy of your data
Lanista Partners takes the privacy and the security of the information you provide to us very seriously. All information you give to Lanista Partners is not provided to other users nor does Lanista Partners sell, trade or rent any of your personal details to any third party. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Payment Methods
Full payment for all orders is required at the time of ordering. All orders not accompanied by payment cannot be processed. Goods remain the property of Lanista Partners until full payment is received - either by sterling cheque drawn on a UK bank or by MasterCard, Visa or Maestro card.
VAT
Books are currently zero-rated. If there is any change in legislation, VAT will be applicable at the standard rate in accordance with such changes.
Delivery Details
Orders placed online after 2pm quoting Mastercard/Visa/Maestro/Switch credit account details will generally be despatched within two working days, provided goods are in stock at time of order.
UK Mainland Despatch Charges for Web Orders
Goods are despatched to UK mainland addresses by either first class post or carrier. A minimum despatch charge of £1.99 is applicable on all orders unless indicated otherwise. Despatch charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
UK Off-Shore Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire, Europe

Other International Orders
Goods will be despatched by using the most suitable method for the goods ordered by customers, which will generally be overland delivery or as agreed. Despatch charges will be quoted depending on form of delivery requested. Despatch charges are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Claims
Claim for non-delivery must be made within 30 days from the date of despatch for UK orders, 90 days for overseas orders. Claims for shortages and damages must be made within 10 working days from date of receipt. All packaging must be retained for inspection. Claims not received within these periods may not be met. Returns
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please send an e-mail to the contact details on the website, giving the reason for the return as "I just don't want it anymore" and giving your name and order reference. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us with a note of the order reference so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
In addition to your statutory rights, we are happy for you to return items which are in their original condition. Such requests must be made within 30 days from the date of our invoice. If you would like to return items to Lanista Partners then please contact our customer service department at thexton@enterprise.net or alternatively call us on +44 [0] 20 8715 4434 and will provide you with instructions about returning items. Alternatively, please contact our customer service department if you would like to return items because of an error on our part or because the item is defective.
Refunds
When we receive notice that you will return a copy of the book, we will acknowledge your request and set aside the money for a refund of the purchase price for the item together with any standard postage charge that you have paid. If you have paid extra for an express delivery we regret that we are unable to refund that extra amount. We will return the money to you by crediting the card you originally paid with, or sending a cheque if you paid by cheque, once we have received the returned copy and are satisfied that the conditions for a return have been met (i.e. the book is in its original condition or you are within the seven-day cooling off period).
Discounts

Changes to Terms and Conditions
Lanista Partners reserve the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions relating to the use of the Site from time to time without prior notice to Users.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and constructed in accordance with English law with English courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
